• Excess mold or algae +$25–$75 Requires pre-treatment
• Delicate surfaces (painted wood, stucco) +$50–$100 Soft wash instead of pressure wash
• Window rinse/wipe down +$75–$150 After pressure washing
• Water access not available +$25–$50 Hauling own water
